Brittany Rucka, LPC Associate
I’m passionate about helping women and mothers navigate life’s ups and downs by creating a space where they can connect and feel less alone. Thriving—not just surviving—is the goal.
I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected. Emotions are energy that can get stuck, and research links depression to inflammation. Caring for our bodies supports emotional well-being.
My therapy style blends psychodynamic and somatic approaches with a lighthearted, holistic perspective. Mental health isn’t just about uncovering pain—it’s about weaving together mind, body, and spirit. With humor and deep exploration, we turn challenges into growth, resilience, and joy.

Cecilia Coleman, LPC Associate
Have you ever felt like on the outside you are holding it all together, parenting, working, managing life, yet inside you are overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted? You may feel like you have tried everything, from books to strategies, and still feel stuck or unsure where to turn.
I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, trauma, and stress. I strive to create a safe and individualized space where you can be vulnerable, reflect, and receive the support you need to regain balance, hope, and clarity.
I also work with adolescents and families who may be struggling with communication, emotional regulation, or conflict. My goal is to provide guidance and practical strategies that help families connect, grow, and thrive together in a safe and supportive environment.
Cecilia is supervised by Shawna Lovin, LPC-S.
