Texas LPC Associate Supervision
A mentorship that challenges the status quo!
Hey there, rockstar!
First off, major props on conquering grad school—high five! (cue the confetti) 🎉
Grad school gave you theories. Supervision hours are supposed to give you experience. But what you really need is guidance that helps you grow as a clinician, without abandoning your humanness in the process.
Most new therapists are tossed into the deep end with a clipboard and a prayer. You’re expected to hold space for others while still learning how to hold space for yourself. The system rarely teaches you how to do that part, the integration of heart, body, and craft.
That’s where I come in!
I’m a Board-Approved Supervisor (BHEC) and Licensed Professional Counselor who believes supervision should be more than compliance — it should be embodiment.
A space where your growth isn’t measured by how well you follow the rules, but by how deeply you understand your own nervous system, values, and voice as a therapist.

The Crossroads… You’ve got two paths!
-

Path One
Stick with the status quo… clock the hours, chase the signature, play it safe.
It’ll check the boxes, sure. But it often leaves you burned out, second-guessing your intuition, and missing the mentorship that actually builds confidence and clinical depth. -

Path Two
Choose a supervision experience that feels like an apprenticeship in wholeness. One that honors both your mind and your body, your logic and your energy. Here, we don’t just analyze cases — we explore what’s being mirrored in you. We bring in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and nature-based reflection so your growth as a clinician mirrors your growth as a human.
This isn’t about “doing it right.”
It’s about finding the version of you that can sit in a room with another person and feel grounded, alive, and present… no mask required.
Self-care?
That’s at the core, not an afterthought. It’s part of every session, every discussion, and every moment—infusing the process with mindfulness and intentional practices to help you refill your cup as you develop your skills. This isn’t just supervision; it’s a transformative journey designed to create resilience, alignment, and personal growth that ripples through every area of your life.
Supervision with me weaves together:Four (4) hours of supervision each month, both one-on-one and in group format
Access to an electronic hours tracking system
Honest, grounded feedback — no fluff, no jargon
Case consultation rooted in both ethics and intuition
Support developing workshops, groups, and creative projects around your interests
Guidance in building a private practice aligned with your energy
Emergency consultations for those “holy crap” moments

We also talk about marketing, identity, burnout, imposter syndrome, and the quiet stuff no one covered in grad school, the loneliness, the boundary fatigue, the pressure to have it all figured out.
Because supervision isn’t just about learning to treat clients. It’s about learning to stay with yourself while you do.
