In this reset, we will:

  • Name your quiet burnout
    We’ll track where your job is living in your body — the jaw tension, shoulder armor, emotional flatline, or “almost tears” you’ve normalized.

  • Use your Human Design environment as a clue
    Without overwhelming you with jargon, we’ll use your HD environment + lived experience to identify the kind of space your nervous system actually rests in (cave, vista, movement, soft togetherness, etc.).

  • Build a Nervous System Sanctuary in real time
    Using whatever you have on hand — a chair, lamp, blanket, corner of a room — we’ll make tiny, tangible shifts in your environment that signal “you’re allowed to exhale here.”

  • Practice one micro-boundary for your next season
    You’ll leave with at least one simple boundary or transition ritual that protects your energy even on “regular” workdays.

  • Set gentle, body-led intentions
    No “new year, new you,” no performance goals. Just one word, one feeling, or one way of being your nervous system is asking for in the next season.

  • Language for what’s actually happening (you’re not lazy—you’re overloaded).

  • Clarity on what kinds of spaces/rhythms regulate you.
