Practice by Design is a focused 1:1 intensive for fully licensed clinicians who want to start or strengthen a private practice without creating a business that eats their life.

We look at how you actually work.

  • Your capacity.

  • Your goals.

  • Your current practice.

  • The places where the structure is making everything harder than it needs to be.

  • Then we build from THERE.

Not from somebody else’s template for what a “successful practice owner” should be doing.

Supervisor by Design is an in-person CE retreat-style for Texas LPC Supervisors who want required education without another webinar-and-quiz situation.

  • Practice by Design is something you choose—an investment in building or growing your practice. Supervisor by Design covers hours Texas requires you to get anyway. One's optional growth; one's a requirement you get to enjoy instead of endure.

  • Fully licensed clinicians only. If you're still an Associate working through supervision hours, Texas LPC Supervision is the better fit for right now—Practice by Design will be here when you're ready for it.

  • The 6 hours are approved under Texas BHEC Rule §681.140, so they're built specifically for Texas Supervisors. If you're licensed in another state, check with your own board before assuming these hours transfer.

  • No. Both are coaching and continuing-education offerings, not clinical services, so they're private-pay and not billed to insurance.
